Workshop Description: 

The Gathering: A Nervous System Reset is a  trauma informed somatic breathwork and grounding experience designed to help participants release stress and reconnect with safety in their bodies. 

 

This is not a formal pranayama or yogic breath training class. It is a gentle, intuitive blend of conscious breath patterns, somatic awareness, and guided grounding to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. 

 

Each participant will be guided through; 

  • Slow, intentional breathwork focused on awareness and self regulation
  • Somatic grounding movements to reconnect with body and mind
  • Personalized affirmations spoken intuitively based on the groups energy and individual prescence
  • A candlelit closing ritual to integrate calm and clarity

Yoga mats, earplugs and eye covers are provided. No prior experience is required - just an open heart and the willingness to breathe deeply again.
