We offer a fully equipped yoga studio including mats, blocks, yoga belts, bolsters, blankets and more!

Yoga Therapy


According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists, "Yoga therapy is the professional application of the principles & practices of yoga to promote health & well-being within a therapeautic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management & yoga practices for individuals & groups."


Recently yoga therapy has been recognized by numerous health care professionals and is known to be a well founded method for both one's overall health and well-being. These specific methods understand that for healing to be successful, all facets of a person should be noticed and adressed. These methods include physical practices, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. 


Typically yoga therapy is a six week session. The first session will be an assessment based on your posture, range of motion, and muscle flexibility (tightness and strengths/weaknesses). All of this information allows me to infer a basline for where you are today, so we can document your progress and set goals specifically for you. Once we are done with your sessions you will be accustomed to new yoga therapy practices for you to take home with you.

Massage therapy moves fluids to nourish cells and help remove waste products, restoring your body back to its natural balance. This helps to diminish pain, improve circulation, helps injuries to heal, reduces stress, relaxes muscles, and promotes overall wellness



Myofascial Release  as taught by John F. Barnes, PT


Myofascial release is a safe, gentle, and effective treatment that releases tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Gentle, sustained pressure is applied into the myofascial restriction to eliminate pain and restore motion. 

Connective tissue called fascia surrounds the muscles, bones, nerves and organs.

REIKI under lineage of William Rand


Reiki is a Japenese technique used for stress reduction and promoting healing through relaxation. Reiki is administered by "laying on of hands" and is based on the idea that an "unseen life force energy"  flows through us. It is believed that when one's life force energy is low, one is more likely to be sick. If one's life force energy is high, one is more likely to be healthy.


The term Reiki is made of two Japanese words, 'Rei' and 'Ki.' Rei means higher power or God-like wisdom. 'Ki' means life force energy.

Reiki is said to be "spiritually guided life force energy."


Reiki treats the body, mind, and spirit. It is a safe, simple, and natural method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. Reiki works well with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Integrative Reflexology


Integrative Reflexology is a foot, hand, and ear therapy that works with the meridians through energy pathways that begin and end on the fingers and toes. Reflexology is beneficial to everyone, from babies to adults.

During your session, you can expect...

  • Therapeutic foot soak of 5 - 10 minutes with epsom salt and essential oil
  • A foot scrub
  • The session is performed on a massage table while fully clothed, or you may include Reflexology into your regular massage session.
  • Specific points on the feet which correspond with different organs will be stimulated, along with toe and foot stretches
  • Hand Reflexology may be incorporated into your session.
  • General sessions will take 60 minutes, or you may add to your session for a total 90 minute session

Private yoga is $65.00 per session. Sessions are designed to meet your goals for your practice.

There is a 90 day expiration on class packages from the start of the first class.
