Sheila Hubbard, founder of Just Breathe Yoga and Bodywork and Henry County, has been striving to promote health and healing in the area through many modalities since 1998. She is a Board Certified Massage Therapist and holds a Virginina State License in Massage Therapy. Sheila utilizes many modalities to tailor your session to your specific needs. Currently she continues her studies in Myofascial Release Therapy with John Barnes, Thai Yoga Massage with Ariela Grodner, and has studied Neuromuscular Therapy under Paul Saint John and is certified in Bowen Therapy. She is a Clinical Aromatherapist, completing studies with Cynthia Lovings; a Karuna Reiki Master, studying under the lineage of William Rand; a practitioner of Bodytalk, developed by Dr. John Veltheim; a Reflexologist, having studied under Claire Marie Miller; and a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance studying with Terry Brown studying at Triad Yoga Institute. Sheila has taught Massage and Yoga at Patrick Henry Community College, and offered many workshops and training at Just Breathe.
Sheila believes there is a yoga class for everyone and is devoted to serving the community through healing.

Heather has been a Massage Therapist for over 10 years. She holds a Board Certification and Virginia Certification. She specializes in Prenatal and Fertitlity Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Therapy. She has taught massage at Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville, Virginia. Heather also enjoys participating in musical theatre locally and spending time with her husband Brandon and her two boys, Jackson and Cooper.
